IMPARTATION IS REAL 2

KEY SCRIPTURE:1Ti 4:14 KJV” Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.”

Throughout the scriptures, we see God use men to play His role in the lives of other men. The truth is that God created men to partner with Him in administering His rule, works , and ways on the earth.

I am making reference in particular to imparting gifts and callings that God institutes through men. Num 27:18 KJV” And the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him;” Through the laying of Moses hands, the grace to lead the  people of God was imparted to Joshua. The word impart means to give over, or to share. It implies that what God has blessed  one with , that is, a grace or an ability, he could share with another person. The mystery is that there is no reduction or  diminishing of that  grace when shared with others. When Moses shared his Spirit with the seventy other men, he did not reduce or lose any part of the grace that he functioned in. This reveals that grace does not come from him; he is only a vessel or conduit through which the spirit of God passes to the other individual. Rom 11:29 KJV” For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.” God does not take away the gifts, nor does he reduce their operations in a man.

It always takes faith in God’s word to receive an impartation of the gift. Whenever an anointed man or woman of God prays for you, please know and believe that the spirit has been imparted to you. Some people receive the manifestation instantly whiles others manifest after a later time. In all cases, believe you have received the gift.

On certain occasions, it seems one has lost the operation of a particular gift or might notice a reduction in its use. It is not God who reduces the level of functioning of a particular gift, but man is always the cause . It may be due to sin in the life of that person; as  a result, he can not exercise faith to use that gift. It may also be as a result of lack of use through idleness in that person, so  it has become dormant. This is why the scripture advices that the gift be stirred up.2Ti 1:6 KJV” Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.”.some also lose the full operation of the gifts because they believe or accept that they have lost the gift and so they can not exercise faith to operate in these gifts.

How does one stir up a gift that seems to have been lost?

1.If you find yourself living any life of sin , please repent and allow the joy of the Holy Spirit to fill you one more time. The Spirit functions effectively in an atmosphere of joy. Isa 12:3 KJV” Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.”

2 Stir the gifts through prayer in tongues or otherwise  by devoting some good time to prayer. it. One edifies and  charges himself up as  a battery is charged when he or she prays in the Holy Spirit.

3 .Please throw away the lie that says , ” You have lost that gift, or God has withdrawn the gift. Believe it is there, and trust God to manifest it through you.

4 Lastly, you can allow one with knowledge and the anointing to pray for you by laying His hands on you again. This time, it is not to impart the gift but to stir your faith to the point of operating in the gift again.

THOUGHT:NO MAN IS A SOURCE OF SUPERNATURAL POWER, WE ARE ALL CONDUITS BY THE GRACE OF GOD
