KEY SCRIPTURE: Luke 1:69 KJV “And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;”

Christmas is a moment that the whole world is caught up in festivities and celebrations, whiles most of them do not understand what these celebrations, is all about. Our key scripture was a prophecy that, the Holy Spirit gave through Zacharias, the father of John the Baptist. This prophecy spelt out the reason for this season.

Christmas is a celebration of the liberty of mankind from sin and Satan’s dominion.

In Zacharia’s prophecy he said Luke 1:69, 71 KJV” And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David; That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that hate us;” He went further to say that, Jesus came to deliver us from our enemies, so we would live without fear and walk in holiness all the days of our lives.

Now, my question is, have you been delivered from Satan’s power, and as a result free from fear, and living in holiness?  If your answer is no, then you are celebrating something that has not been of benefit to you. You need to be free from sin and Satan’s power. Now, many are at the mercy of this devil as he freely afflicts men with sicknesses, and torments of all kinds, whiles they look on helplessly. Christmas brought us authority and power to say no, to the nonsense of Satan. The following scripture is what Christmas stands for.

Col 1:13 KJV “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:”

Today is your moment to stand up tall and walk out of whatever that, the devil has been afflicting you with. If you have not accepted our glorious saviour, then this is your moment of deliverance. Bow to Jesus and confess Him as Lord over your life, believing that, He died and rose up on the third day of His burial (Rom 10:9, 10). Decide to stop your life of sin, and surrender to live the rest of your life for him. If you prayed unto Him, you can ask that evil power that used to control you to stop. Is it a sinful power? command that power be broken from you.? Is it a sickness or a kind of torment with no solution in sight, please do not fear, command it in Jesus’s name, believing that Jesus, standing by you, has effected that command. John 14:13 KJV “And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.”

In this time of celebrations please make up your mind, to benefit fully from the real essence of CHRISTMAS. Come to the Lord in faith and take your deliverance which has already been paid for.

PRAYER

Lord Jesus, you have defeated our arch enemy, so I will be forever free to live in liberty and in holiness. I rebuke every evil attack of Satan against my life. I refuse to be under the power of any demonic control, in Jesus’ name. I receive my healing, and walk out free in Jesus’ name. Amen
