KEY SCRIPTURE: Matthew 15:30 (KJV). “And great multitudes came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus’ feet; and he healed them:”
Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever. If people would come to Him as they came to him during the days of the Bible, He would heal the sick, cleanse. the lepers and even raise the, dead. Please read Matt 15:30-38. This passage is like a play back of earlier chapters. It is not a repetition of an old event but a new one. Jesus keeps healing the sick over and over again. He does not change. It only means He would do the same for you today. Dear one wherever you are today, the same Spirit of Christ is present with you: speak to Him like you would if He was physically present, expecting to receive whatever those people had experienced.
The scripture teaches that “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” Hebrews 13:8 (KJV) You don’t have to be in a big special meeting before you can see that mighty healing power of God. Those people came at a time when He was just having a quiet moment, yet He quickly stopped whatever he was doing and answered their prayer. When you pray to Him as the people prayed to Him, be confident He has heard and answered you. Start doing whatever you could not do. Keep rejoicing and being excited that He has healed you.
Evangelist T L Osborne shared an experience that can help you to receive your healing, even wherever you are today.
He said He held a. crusade in Kenya where there were massive miracles and healings. The whole program was recorded and put on special cassette players to be distributed to people who could not make it to the crusade. A man had one of the recorded programs on the cassette player and brought it to a man who was a paralytic. He was left to die in a mud hut. When he received the recordings from the crusade, he listened to it a number of times. He decided to pray asking the Lord to heal him like the testimonies he heard from the crusade. After praying, he decided to do like the man of God instructed the people at the crusade to do. ‘Those who could not walk must start walking, he said.’ They made the effort to walk, and to God’s glory many walked. This paralytic also decided to rise up. He struggled and made every effort to rise up, but to no avail. He did not give up. He even had bruises on his shoulder, but kept trying, for he believed Jesus had healed him like the people at the crusade. As he kept struggling to walk, he instantly felt some warmth in his body. Strength came to him and he stood up, perfectly whole. Jesus had made him well. He is the same. If you prayed, He heard your prayer. He answered you. Begin to do whatever you could not do. Don’t give up trying to do it. He is present and would perfect your condition.
PRAYER
Dear heavenly Father I pray unto you, and ask for your provision, protection and healing of my body in the name of Jesus. I thank you for healing me in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
