THE HONOR IS BECAUSE OF JESUS

KEY SCRIPTURE: Matthew 21:7 (KJV). “And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.”

The disciples brought the ass and the colt to the Lord who sat on the ass, although its baby was not left behind. Jesus could have left the younger one at home, yet it followed them. Dear parents do not live your children at home, when going to church and to other Christian activities. Do not live them even when going for evangelism. Carry them to wherever you go, in the service of the Lord. Leaving them behind may expose them to certain dangers.

WHEN the donkey carried the master, everybody bowed to it. They placed their beautiful cloths on the floor for it to walk on them. They sang songs as it passed by. All these were done because of the master, who sat on it. There are a number of anointed. men and woman of God whose anointing makes them look fearful. Men greatly revere such men. Dear servant of God, never take any such honour for yourself. Don’t also attack anyone who fails to acknowledge you. You may instruct such a one in the importance of acknowledging the grace of God for their own good, but not for you to show off.

Dear child of God, you do not need to be a great minister to carry Jesus as the donkey did. Anyone can carry him. To carry Jesus, is to lift Him up in all you do. Living a life of holiness is one of the ways to lift up the master high. Men would continue to honour you as you honour Him with your life. The day you begin dishonouring Him, men would likewise treat you like trash. Please forget about yourself and keep lifting up the Lord with your life.  That was the reason he set you free. Some people may persecute you because, you are carrying the master. Keep bearing Him up. One major requirement to keep bearing Him up is humility. Stay humble

THOUGHT: LIFE IS REALLY GLORIOUS WHEN WE FAITHFULLY CARRY JESUS.
