KEY SCRIPTURE: Joh 9:4 KJV” I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.”

  During the discussion with His disciples about the man born blind, Jesus said I must work the works of Him that sent me, while it is day, the night comes when no man can work. Jesus maintained His sense of duty. He felt the burden of the call yet He said that weight was easy and His burden was light because He had totally given Himself up to please the Father Matt 11:28,29.  Jesus although the Son of God, maintained the consciousness of a servant in order to please the Father. The meaning of the word servant, in Greek is the same for a slave. Slaves have no wills of their own. They live to please their masters.

Jesus was totally eaten up with the commission of the Father. If He did not do it who will.? If He did not do it, then He would have failed, the Father. If He did not do it, then the lost world will remain in total darkness. Apostle Paul said, woe is me if I preach not the gospel.1st Corinth 9:16. There is a very false notion that some people hold. They say if I don’t do it someone else would do it. No, if you fail, you have failed God, you have failed the many Jesus died for, and finally, you have failed yourself. You don’t have any option but to do the works of God. Jesus said I must work the works of God. Now consider the following. Ephesians 2:10 KJV” For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” You have been designed and programmed for good works, that is the work of God.

Sadly, most children of God are just going through religious formalities. They have a form of religion but have denied its power of it. Many are sadly worried about so many things Dear child of God, by virtue of your birth into Christ you are an overcomer in this world.1Jn 5:4 KJV “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” Refuse to allow any weight to put you down. Accept your freedom in Christ and then team up with the master, and go about doing good. Mark 16:20 KJV “And they went forth and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. “Accept you are a Victor, and not a victim. Accept also that you are a solution and not a problem. Know that if you fail to do it, no one will do it, and many would be lost, and many would be destroyed by the enemy, but the Father will demand their blood from your hands. Ezekiel 33:8.

I am on assignment. I am fully dedicated to my task. I go about doing good in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I have Jesus backing and presence with me. He confirms His word as I speak it, Glory be to His name.
